Since 1980, Cibeles SA has imported medicines for human use from Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) and distributes them in Uruguay.

Since June 2022, Cibeles is also a representative of the new company ORGANON, which arises from the spin off carried out by Merck Sharp & Dohme.

Organon is a new independent company focused primarily on women’s health.
